It’s Gut Check Time for the Pistons

Palace of Pistons

The Detroit Pistons have now lost five straight games. I’m sure I don’t have to remind anyone that the world champs are coming in to town on Monday — albeit off of a back to back, but as you can see it’s not getting easier.

The Pistons fell to the Golden State Warriors 119-113. There are NO moral victories in the NBA, but can the Pistons hang our hats on the fact that it wasn’t a blow out?

We know about the players only meeting last week.

We’ve been scratching our heads at a certain player coming back off of injury, firing—but not on all cylinders.

  1. Man I called you yesterday to watch the game together. Reggie Jackson needs to go. He is the epitome of what’s wrong with today’s basketball. He went 0-4 in the first 3 mins of the game and he has a terrible shot selection. I watched Tobias Harris miss Andre Drummond on a down screen and Drummond had Ian Clark on him. Ian Clark man. That team has selfish players. I like Leuer and Drummond and KCP but the rest of that year are role players who think they are stars. Marcus Morris is too inconsistent and Tobias thinks he is Klay Thompson. Lmfao did you see Stanley last night too. Just happy to be there. The Pistons should of smacked us last night. You’re at home, the dubs have a grueling xmas match up against the Cavs, and the Warriors wasn’t Shooting well. Stan needs to trade asap

      • Did you see his pre press conference when a reporter asked him “Reggie Jackson last game went into a spot up shooter mode, was that part of the plan or was that him?”

        Stan’s response
“NO that was all him and I don’t know what the hell he was doing. I heard the had a Players only meeting last week but that is all talk. Meetings don’t equal wins so next question”
